Email states new firmware checking says none / up to date
I received an email stating there is a new firmware version RBR20 but when using the App or Web page and checking for new versions it states up to date or no new version available. I have RBR850 and see that the version is 4.6.8.2 but website states current version as 4.6.8.5. Why does the check say I'm up to date when there is a new version?

When it's an "optional" update, Netgear leaves it up to you to manually update your Orbi nodes.
If you want to go to the latest firmware, please download it (packages for router and satellites) from the Support page and use the firmware to update the nodes in the web GUI (orbilogin.com).
I've been using v4.6.8.5 for few weeks now and all looks very good.
