Enabling Guest network impacts main wifi users receiving 169.x.x.x

How are the RBS ethernet connected to the RBR? Directly or is there a LAN Switch inbetween? If there is a LAN switch, please give brand and model#. 

What firmware version is loaded on the system? 

What region are you located?

I have deduced that when I enable guest wifi, Iphones reconnecting to my main wifi, are showing connected but no internet connection. They reflect a 169.x.x.x IP address and naturally no data passes.

 

My IOT Wifi channel also has trouble connecting I have noticed.

 

Many other wifi enabled devices remain connected successfully to the same main SSID.

 

When I disable guest Wifi, the issue seems to go away for the most part.

 

Any tips apart from disabling Guest Wifi permanently.
