Error purchasing Bitdefemder

I have an Orbi RBR50 Mesh system. I want to purchase Bidefender for my system. The only purchase flow appears to be through the “Activate Trial” path in the app. I get a error when trying to activate trial with no other path to resolve. I cannot find any purchase path via the website, and there doesn’t appear to be any direct support available other than to post to this group. I want to give Netgear my money, but they don’t seem to want to take it.
