Ethernet port not working on RBK352 router

Hi

Located in Australia and just purchased the RBK352 mesh system.

Wifi works fine on both router and satellite units. Ethernet works great on the satellite however no internet from any of the 3 ethernet ports on the router.

Have unplugged, restarted and replugged a few times. Have tried different cables and still nothing when it comes to ethernet on the router.

Is there a specific setting on the router that I need to change? Anything else I can try before taking it back to the shop?
