Every time I check for updates, I get "Service unreachable"
I didn't know that there was a 2nd version, but surprised to know it exists. I haven't been able to get a firmware update on my BRKE953 (costco spec), and wondering if I can use the RBKE963 firmware...
The AXE owner also had problems with continuous "service unreachable": https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-WiFi-6-AX-and-WiFi-6E-AXE/RBRE950-Firmware-Update-problem/td-p/2242317. Rebooting seems to have helped.
