What this sounds like is you have two routers (internet search for "Double NAT"), one provided by Talk Talk and the Orbi 960. The two most common solutions for this are:
- Remove the Talk Talk router and connect the Orbi directly to the fiber ONT (Optical Network Termination),or
- Keep the Talk Talk router and place the Orbi into Access Point mode.
When connecting the Orbi directly to the Talk Talk ONT, you will need to go into the Orbi Setup menu and select the option, "Does your ISP require a login" -- YES. and enter the supplied user name and password.
