firmware version is V3.2.16.22. the ISP modem is an Arriss, but not sure of model. it is in bridge mode. the NG router is connected by eithernet cable to the satellite that is in the house addition this TV is in. the 4k firestick that won't connect to 5 ghz is connected to this satellite and it is 15-20 feet away from satellite. i tried connecting a new plain Fire Tv stick(not 4k) last night on this TV and it connected to 5 ghz. as i said before, i am getting 350-400 mbps in this addition on speedtest on phone, but only getting about 25 mbps on the 4k stick connected to 2.4 ghz. the new stick connected to 5 ghz is getting download speeds of 125-150. the hous is 10,000 square feet

What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
Try turning down the power output of the RBRs wifi radios from 100% to 25% and see if this changes anything. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
If the new stick connects at 5Ghz the other older stick doesn't, possible the older stick is faulty.
