First time instalation

try hardwiring the satellites into the router and trying to sync them. make sure they're on the same firmware versions.
- They are hardwired, thought my wall outlet. How do i know if they have the same firmware?
Take the satellites too where the router is, factory reset the satellites, and use a known good 6ft cable and hardwire them into the router. Then give it a bit for everything to boot up and log in through the GUI (browser) and see if they connected. From the GUI you can check the firmware.
