What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
Turn OFF the RBS and use the RBR alone. Can your devices wirelessly connect to the RBR and maintain the connection?Do you get any indications on the RBR or RBS with the front LED?
Be sure that CTS and RTS values are changed to 2347 under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
What is the mfr and model# of the laptop and the wifi adapter installed in the laptop?- jmdll0518May 19, 2020Aspirant
Thank you for helping FURRYe38. It is much appreciated. ]
I tried the connection without Satelittle and it did hold conenction but very weak the only lights I see when connection is lost is a blinking White Light that indicates to me it is trying to find the router, by the way both router and satelittle blink white when it has connection lost. I have restarted the Modem and Orbi multiple times. The onyl reboot I do for the Orbi was the tiny reset button. I changed the CTS and RTS values from 64 to 2347. The Laptop I am using is a dell latitude E7440. The wifi is the interanl dell one I updated 3 months ago when I got the AX6000

Have you power OFF both ISP modem and RBR for 1 minute, then back ON with the ISP modem first and let it sync to services, then power ON the RBR?
Wondering if downgrading to v3.2.9.2 may help...or not.
