The RBR350 is the most basic dual band AX kit netgear makes. Its specs are similar to the MR60 nighthawk.
and it doesn't have the dedicated backhaul of the triband systems. So it'll have quite a bit less speed than the tribands or higher spec'd systems. and you don't tell us if you're testing directly from the router or one of the satellites.
Plus you don't tell us what device you're testing on. As those can be a bottleneck.
I've never tested the 350 series so I don't know what their baseline speed is maximum but you can read a few reviews on the MK system and see how it performs because the 350 series should be similar.
