Guest Network won't disable. (Even though app states it's "off")

Is the Checkbox checked under Guest Network on the RBRs web page? 

What Firmware version is currently loaded?

    Hi, I use the Netgear Orbi App.
    The Firmware is V4.4.0.10.
    Guest WiFi is disabled, please see image.

      Please check the RBR web page using a web browser. 

      Is this the Orbi 350 series?

        Thanks again for the reply. I’m afraid I don’t know what you mean, I don't know what the RBR webpage is? The setup manual only provided information on the app. Is there a url?
