Hardwired Windows 10 PC will not have network connection coming out of sleep

I have a couple of PCs which are hardwired to the Orbi RBR750 (aka AX4200). Every time I wake the PC it will not have network connection for about 10 seconds. This is the message posted to the Window...

Ensure your ethernet adapter drivers are up to date. 
Disable any power management features for the ethernet adapter.

Try a different adapter.
