Help - Massive loss of speed from Orbi Satellites using Wi-fi

Can anyone help? I've carried out a complete factory reset of everything in my system, I've updated the firmware on all the satellites and the router and it was all working perfectly for about 24 hours and now same issue. Virtually no speed on the satellites connected by wifi.

I've contacted customer support who said they can help me if i buy a support package! The system is only 6-9 months old but apparently that doesn't result in getting any assistance!

I'm going to have to bin the whole system and I will ensure I never buy another netgear product again.
