Please see below:
- What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)?
- a️pprox 30 feet, give or take. I added the extra satellite because I could not get a strong signal in my basement (assuming due to building materials). Ive had that same issue with other routers as well. So I have the router and one satellite on my main floor at farthest points, one in the basement, one in the upper level)
- Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?
- It did with my old setup, have not tried with the replacement router
- Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?
- only wireless, hardwire speeds are great. (Even off a satellite)
- What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
- 2.4GHZ: Auto (I tried 1,6,11, and they made it worse)
- 5GHZ: 44 (48 works sometimes too)
- 6GHZ: 69
- For at size of home, the RBR and just 1 RBS is needed: Too Much Wifi: https://youtu.be/UR0viMLISz4
- I would agree, but this has worked incredible for 1 year eliminating several dead spots in my home
- Please turn OFF all but one RBS.
- Should I do this when the problem is occurring? It is stable right now, so I'm trying to wait for it to happen again to try and diagnose.
- Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
- Yes
- Be sure to restart your network in this sequence: (got it, will try that next time I need to reset. Or are you suggesting doing this now? Or next time there is an issue?)
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
Thank you very much for taking the time here. Is there anything I can do to try and see if it is a certain device? Or do you think its something else network related?

Lets turn OFF all RBS accept for one. Then observe and monitor.
