Help! RBR850 - No Internet Connection

IS LAG disabled on both CM modem and RBR850? IF so, and you've done most of the troubleshooting. RBR850 maybe faulty and needs replaced.

 

I just had my RBR850 connected to my CM1200 for past year. Now on CAX80.
