    Thanks for the reply.   This issue is with Windows 10.   I guess that this is a problem experienced by a lot of people.  I tried all of the fixes that were suggested on the internet with no solution found.

     

    I will ping the MS community.

Something to contact MS about and ask them about configuration of Windows 10 since that's there product. 
Do a search online as well for how to setup network shared folders and drives in Windows 10.
