    Thanks for the reply.   This issue is with Windows 10.   I guess that this is a problem experienced by a lot of people.  I tried all of the fixes that were suggested on the internet with no solution found.

     

    I will ping the MS community.

Would you mind sharing the specifics of the drive that is connected to the 750 system?

How does this drive appear in the Orbi web interface (http://orbilogin.net ) Attached Devices or the Orbi 'app' Device Manager?

 

Is the desktop computer a PC or Mac?

    Howdy,

     

    I have my PC connected via CAT cable to the Orbi Router on the RBR 750.

     

    The web interface states that it recognizes my PC motherboard.   The back up drive is connected to my mother board via a USB2 cable.

     

    Does this answer your questions?

        I get how to share the drive or a folder in my drive now.   I tried to use my work PC to test it out and am having difficulties seeing my office PC/shared folder.

         

        I'll have to mess with this for a while...UGH...
