not sure, have to check when i'm home (currently at work)
when you have issues, have you been able to log into the router and check its internet connection? That'll show that connection.
IF you mean via the ORBI app yes i'm able to log into the router and it shows that the internet connection is 'down'.
when you get home, that model can help. Sometimes combo devices can cause this.
Also check on your IP lease time. Maybe its not renewing (should happen automatically). instead of resetting/rebooting, try just going through the internet setup options in the browser (not the app). Or maybe they can assign you a static IP address (if they have that option).
