What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
Is this ping test done with wireless or ethernet connected PC?
Did you turn OFF the RBS before testing with the RBR?
How many RBS are deployed?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
What channel configurations are currently set on the RBR?

Thanks for the reply. Just to make it clear, this seems to be a wireless issue. A speaker connected to router by ethernet cable seems to be working fine. Can do more thorough testing later though.
What Firmware version is currently loaded? V4.6.14.3_2.3.12
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? It's a Nokia G-041G-P. Can't find any information when trying to search the model number on google.
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. Thanks. However there seems to be a fine connection between them. No problem when connected to satellite

Did you turn OFF the RBS before testing with the RBR? Nope I did not.
How many RBS are deployed? Just one satellite.
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft? 1345
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. There is more than 30 feet. Haven't measured it exactly.
What channel configurations are currently set on the RBR? 2.4 GHz - Auto, 5 GHz - 48
Kind regards, and thanks for trying to help! 🙂

Try pings with RBS turned off and with a wired PC connected to the RBR.
For the size of home might try running just the RBR.
Or turn down the power to 50% on the RBR.Might also try some beta FW as well being offered by NG:

Hi again, sorry for taking so long to answer. Still an issue though, however not everyday.
I've applied for beta firmware, so I guess I'll receive a link or something similar at some point?
I've tried turning down power on RBR which didn't fix it. Turning off RBS is not an option as our home is quite rectangular with concrete walls. We have a RBR in one end and RBS in the other end.
I tried connecting to the satellite and saw the status below. Shouldn't the router and satellite be connected wirelessly also besides a wired connection?
Kind regards

Do you have the RBS ethernet connected to the RBR? If so then the wifi signal on the RBS will be grayed out.
You might turn down the power on the RBR to 50% as well and check. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
