I tried to connect the camera from the manual where you use the Soft-AP mode. I got the new connection and connected but the app never let me continue the pairing. It just set on the step where I connected to the new WVC network.
So the Wansview app is stuck on step 4 and will not advance to step 5, correct?

So you might want to also change the power output of the 5Ghz radio to 25%. Turn OFF the RBS for now. Then connect your mobile device at a distance from the RBR to ensure the mobile phone keeps connected to the 2.4Ghz radio. After you get the IoT device connected, re-configure the system back to where it was.

I found it, so here is what I changed on that screen. I changed the power on the 5G from 100% to 25% and unchecked the other box on that setting, correct?
Regardless, I couldn't connect the camera with those updated settings.
