Thanks. Yes tpg provided phone service but I did received lot of scam phone, I disconnected phone over 10 years. As your advice I can plug direct orbi to nbn box?

- I contacted TPG and confirmed my pppoe user name and pass. Set everything included vlan 2 and priority 1 but still no internet and led magenta
When configuring the router using the web interface (not the 'app'), the key step is to select the box on the Internet Setup, "Does your Internet Connection require a login?" <YES>
This causes the entry boxes for ISP user name and password to become visible.
Is this how you did it?
