Tpg Technicien can only check if the username and password for my account are corrected. They can not help to set up the orbi that why I still can not successful connect direct orbi to nbn fttc box ( led magenta and no internet )
Hi. Just bought an orbi rbk763 and connect to tpg archer 1600v orbi can provide mesh wifi normal. I want to connect direct orbi to nbn box ( fttc ). Set pppoe username and password provided by tpg and set vlan 2, priority 0. Unfortunately the orbi led magenta and no internet. Contact tpg they ask me to contact netgear. So annoying. Anyone did connect orbi to nbn fttc success please help. Thanks
