When configuring the router using the web interface (not the 'app'), the key step is to select the box on the Internet Setup, "Does your Internet Connection require a login?" <YES>
This causes the entry boxes for ISP user name and password to become visible.
Is this how you did it?
Thanks. Yes when we login and intend using as direct router to nbn box I had to click advance - set up - internet- does your internet connection require a login - click yes then choose internet provider pppoe - username and password
