how to make sure RBS 750 satellite connected to RBR750 , serve some devices.
In the orbi App, network map i see 1 RBR750 and Two satelites RBS750 connected. However, only one satellite is showing some devices connected and the other device is just sitting there, no devices...
If you power cycle (turn off for 30 seconds, then turn back on) any devices nearest the satellite, those devices MAY connect to the satellite as you want. However, depending on the device, you may have to go into the device settings and "Forget the Network", then reinitialize the device on your WiFi network. Also, the ORBI system takes a LONG time to "settle" (think hours, not minutes) and report exactly what is happening on the router and sats.
One final note: The ORBI app lags a bit showing what is happening on your router and satellites. Try using the web-based user inteface with an internet browser. Simply type in the IP address of your satellite (192.168.x.xxx) and log on.
