how to purchase prosupport

Received an email from Netgear that I COULD PURCHASE Pro Support

I have clicked on link repeatively to no avail.

Does not take me to page to purchase

How can I purchase this before Sunday?

    Very frustrated.  Repeated efforts to purchase ProSupport on line put me in a loop.
