How to synch RBK852 satellite to a RBK850 router
My new RBK852 satellite doesn't seem to be able to synch my RBK850 router that is already supporting three other RBK850 satellites. Any solution?

Does the new RBS connect and get an IP address from the RBR if ethernet connected?
The incoming RBS may have older FW that may not work with newer FW that's on the current system.
What FW is loaded on the current system?
The RBK850 router is connected directly to the router. The issue is that when trying to add the new RBK852, it always turns "purple, " meaning it has not connected - and it's literally two feet away from the RBK850 router. Are you suggesting that I try connecting it first with an ethernet cable to see if it will work? If so, why would I? Is it a test of compatibility?
