My Printer is an HP9010 All in one. Apparently, it ONLY supports 2.4GHZ. It prints but will not scan. I used to use the printer settings on my MAC but then switched to HP SMART. Now HP SMART says it is off line, but status shows its IP address and it is clearly NOT offline. It prints fine, but will not scan. That is my problem. Can't get it on the 2.4GHZ band. Thank you!

You are correct. HP9010 specs clearly show "Wireless 802.11b/g/n;"

This means the radio in this printer can only connect with 2.4G WiFi. It can neither detect nor connect to anything else. (not AM radio. not satellite. not cordless phones...... and not 5G WiFi)
The Orbi web interface Attached Devices page (or the Orbi app Connected Devices) will show that the printer is connected to the 2.4G WiFi channel. What about going to this web site and selecting the correct software for your MacOS version:

My Orbi app clearly shows that it is connected to the 5GHZ channel, I'm not sure what allows the printer to do this, but I need to figure out a way to get it to the 2.4Ghz channel.
