I was send to the adres  https://www.orbilogin.net/ then I have to login but I don't know to fil in My login to the netgear site is not the same

I understand that you are unable to log into your Orbi's Administration portal (orbilogin.net) using your passwords or your security questions. Unfortunately, you will need to perform a factory reset your Orbi Mesh system.
