I also have the RBRE960s connected to an AT&T fiber modem
I also have the RBRE960s connected to an AT&T fiber modem and have been experiencing the exact same issues over the last few days. Have a tech coming today to fix the issue from AT&T.
Would love to know if your issue was resolved.
I’ll post again if anything changes for me.

Does the front LED on the RBR turn RED when this happens?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 or CAT6A STP is recommended.
Do you have the IoT and Separate 6Ghz radio enabled on the RBR?What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
