Use a web browser to access the graphical user interface (GUI).
- Basic
- Attached Devices
- Connected Devices
- Click "second device"
- Edit Device
- Change "Device Name"
- Change "Device Type"
- Apply
This works for my MR90. Most routers should have the same approach.
Apps are for simple management operations. They can't handle complicated stuff.
