Is there another solution where I don’t factory reset? I would need to get centurylink to revive me the ppoe and other settings. Then have a lot of devices I would need to reconnect.

What actual issue are you having?
You just can't connect to it? That doesn't tell us much. What error is it giving you?
Is it working?
What the led's on it doing?
what modem/gateway is it connected to?
If you're using an ios device, make sure icloud relay and private mac/ip address are disabled.
- Matfus11Jul 14, 2022AspirantI can’t access my RBR750 settings wether it’s through the iOS app or on my MacBook or Dell (windows 10) computer. For the app it says ‘We can’t find your Orbi’ and on the computer it’s page not found.
It’s broadcasting the interest, so that’s not the issue.
LED on the front of the unit is off

To regain access to the RBRs web page you'll need to factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch.
