I get the same "refused connection" when trying to connect
Having the same issue today 5-22-2022 at 12PM CST on my RBR 850. My network addressing setup is the same. I get the same "refused connection" when trying to connect to 192.168.1.1.
You'll need to factoy reset and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser with HTTP and 192.168.1.1.
Press the reset button on the RBR for 20 seconds then release.
