I have a CBR750 and the one quit working during this time
I have a CBR750 and the one quit working during this time, the hard reset of the cable modem / wifi6 would not work the unit simply would not boot and I could not access it via web or anything. I had to replace the unit after spending hours on the phone with them and them not offering to warranty anything, it was less than 2 years old...

Is your new CBR working?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
It is working but having issues with Spectrum and intermittent connection though... FW on new one is: V4.6.5.8_2.0.54
No idea what the old was at as I can't login to it or anything it just flashed white would not reset...
I still have the old one if you have a way to re-flash the FPGA via JTAG or something... I did not want to disassemble the thing and I don't have their binaries so I just got a new one...
Wonder if TFTP will work on CBRs.

Need to press the reset button for 30 seconds then release, then it send to PUT the command and upload the FW.

I had a problem on a Windows 10 PC where this didn't work to use TFTP, so I switched to a WIndows 7 PC and the TFTP worked.
