I have the same issue... I have a Orbi RBR 750 and Satellite... no matter what I do, I cannot access the web interface using my PC/laptop or phone. The gateway is set correctly on my PC, it pings... ...
That is a terrible solution. Imagine I'm running a small business, and I have to do this every time the device fails?

You need to factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser:
