Did you try the factory reset and setup from scratch?
If not you might aswell try this as a last resort.

liamscor yes one of the many troubleshooting sessions was a factory reset and minimal config to get Internet then upgrading to the 7.2.7.15 version. This eliminated any config corruption impacting the newer firmware.
