I have not been able to connect to my Orbi web interface

This exact issue happened to me too. I saw some other people have the same issue and post the questions here, but no answer yet. I think it is a Netgear/Orbi issue than our hardware at home. I will wait few more days before reseting the router. Glad to see that it cannot be solved by just resetting the unit to factory default.
