Turn OFF any and all RBS first. Turning down the power output of the RBRs 5Ghz wifi radio from 100% to 25% and see if this changes anything. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Walk your setup mobile out a way from the RBR to ensure it connects to the 2.4Ghz radio. Disable the wifi radio on the mobile device for 5seconds then back ON.
