How was the system updated? Via AU or manually by updating the RBS FIRST then RBR lastly?
Manually updating the RBS first, and then the RBR.
Did you power OFF everything for 1 minute then back ON after FW was updated?
Yes.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Not sure how this is relevant
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
I use high quality cat7 cables
How many RBS are deployed?
Just 1
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
2200 square feet
What is the distance between the router and
satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR
and RBS
️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

️well over 30 feet
Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF? yes
Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices? Yes
Even worse, I get disconnected for connections between devices that are wired and connected via the RBR, so no wireless is involved and they should never get disconnected from one another.
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
Not material for wired connections
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, Traffic Meter.
How was the factory reset performed?
I used a pin in the back of the RBR to reset it.
I would power OFF the ISP modem for 1 minute. Factory reset the Orbi router and power it off. Power ON the ISP modem and let it sync. Then power ON the Orbi router and walk thru the setup wizard again using a wired PC and a web browser.
Press the back reset button for 15 seconds then release.
