I'm having the exact same issue but my router is not in AP mode
I'm having the exact same issue but my router is not in AP mode, nor is it in bridge mode. Just started a few days ago. Can't access router web console via hardwire or wireless, and Orbi app can't find it. All devices working fine. DHCP still assigning addresses without issue. Also going to have to factory reset I believe. Super annoyed.

- concoursdudeInitiateThanks, I don't want the router in AP mode.
Can you factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch using HTTP and 192.168.1.1 in a browser? MS Edge, Firefox or Opera
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?Try a 30/30/30 reset:
-
With the router plugged in and powered on, depress the reset button for 30 seconds. This button is usually a tiny dot recessed into the back of the router. You may need a jeweler's screwdriver or a bent paperclip to access it.
-
While still holding down the button, unplug the router from its power source for another 30 seconds.
-
With the reset button still held down, turn the power back on and hold for another 30 seconds.
