I'm having the same serious issues and would love to get to a stable firmware.

Hello, I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to some things. How by chance were you able to reveal the YES button? You mentioned accessing web code and I am at a bit of a loss. I'm having the same serious issues and would love to get to a stable firmware.

    Lets start off by getting a bit more information what what your having problems with:

    What Orbi model do you have?

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

     

    What "serious issues" are you seeing? 

     

    Downgrading FW isn't recommended. Possible causing the system to become non functional.
