I'm seeing this as well. Really expecting a bit more from Netgear on a product that costs several hundred dollars.
Can we get an automatic update to fix this?

What model Orbi do you have?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?Factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser at HTTP and 192.168.1.1.
Also be sure your using most current version of FW:
Update the RBS first then RBR lastly.
