In short, it's a year later and this system is still a hot mess
FURRYe38 - you reply to so many posts here I am wondering if Netgear actually pays you to be here along with one other user, who also replies to quite a few posts.

What region are you located?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What CAT# LAN cable are you using between the ISP modem/ONT and the RBR?
How many RBS are deployed?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What problems are you having with the system?

In short, it's a year later and this system is still a hot mess. I just ordered an Eero Pro system because I have spent months tinkering with it (including obviously reading a huge amount of advice from eFurry - sincere thanks for your efforts, you make me have faith other Netgear products might not be the same) to try to make my $1,700 investment work out without success.
I have a fair amount of IT experience - acting as senior architect in the tech space - and issues with this system are just something Netgear seems to want to sweep under the rug from what I can tell after spending likely a hundred hours playing with this system. It's like they made a lemon vehicle, but unlike the automotive world - there are no laws against it.
So, there's my grumbling - but also advice I will repeat to other consumers on Reddit, etc. This has been my first and last netgear product.
