Internet Provider Network Monitoring
I've got a RBRE960 and lately I've been having some glitches with my Internet connection which is via Xfinity, and I'm trying to figure out if there is a Network Monitoring capability for latency or drop packets. Not sure if anything is native to the Router or if there is a piece of software I would run on Windows or a Mac. Anyone know how to do this?

Been some known issues with Orbi system and that ISPs modems. Check here in the forums for knowns with your ISP.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended. Is IPv6 enabled on the RBR?
If so, how is the IPv6 configured? DHCP auto or something different?
Using auto detected ISP IPv6 DNS or custom IPv6 DNS?

Thanks and I've got an Arris SB8200 which is DOSCIS 3.1 and my Internet Speed is 1.2Gbps with Hardwire to the Computer via a Cat6. The firmware is V7.2.6.21_5.0.20 and I don't see IPv6 being used.
Glitches in internet maybe coming from the ISP. You'll need to have the ISP check into there signal up to the modem. That ISP has been under development for the past year or so and making changes to there system. Have the ISP check out everything up to the mode and ensure the signal is to specs for what Arris recommends. Contact Arris to make sure what they recommend for there modem products.
v.21 is the most stable FW for the Orbi system.
Check the RBR for IPv6 usage. Your ISP supports it natively. Can be used. Just FYI, use custom IPv6 DNS services rather then the ISP. Known issues seen here with ISP IPv6 DNS.
