Intranet IP address in internet setup
Having previously been up and running just fine, I've changed ISP and am now unable to get port forwarding to work. I think the issue is in the Orbi, not the ISP but I can't figure out what the pr...

I presume you mean that IPv6 is disabled on the RBR router?
Ya seen some ISPs have odd issues with IPv6. Not to mention Orbi FW can have some oddities as well.
Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.

I'd make contact with your ISP and have them help you with this. Be sure to ask them if connecting a external router ot there ONT is supported by them or if there router is needed.
Power OFF the ONT and RBR for 1 minute then back on as well.

Thanks, I'll give those a try (havent powered off the ONT since our provider switch)
Plusnet specifically said that a third party router is supported (they helped me configure it initially as I didn't know a login was required).
As to port fowarding, they don't provide any help with this and referred me to their "community forums" ... I joined but cannot post a new question so that's proved as useful as a catflap in an elephant house.
I may factory reset the device and see if starting from scratch helps, but I'll have to do all that later when no one's expecting internet access to work lol!

Might ask the ISP to provide you with there branded router to connect then you could connect the Orbi system to there router in router mode using the ISP DMZ on there router, or configure the Orbi system for AP mode while using there router.
