iPad Pro 2016 extremely slow compared to iPad Pro 2018 and iPhone 11 Pro Max
My old iPad Pro 2016 model used to be much faster. It used to be about the same speed as my newer iPad Pro 2018 and my iPhone 11 Pro Max. Is there anything I can do? I’d really rather not power cycle ...

2. what router do you have?
3. what firmware is on the router?
4. what band is the 2016 ipad connected to? 2.4ghz or 5ghz?
5. how far from the router is the ipad?
6. how are you testing speeds?
Details are key. Just saying your ipad is slower than a different one doesn't tell us much
