iPad Pro 2016 extremely slow compared to iPad Pro 2018 and iPhone 11 Pro Max

Usually when all the other devices are fine and its just one with issues, I suspect the one with issues and not the router.
Does it tell you what link connection it has back to the router?
have you tried a different app?
Forgetting the network (on the ipad) and reconnecting?
