iphone 11 WiFi 6 speed is slow

After 6 months of RBK 852 purchase I decided to test the WiFi 6.

WiFi 6 (AX) is enabled in Wireless Settings.

Firmware Version V3.2.10.11_1.2.12

I have a 1 Gigabyte ATT. My old Iphone XSmax gets maximum 650 Mbps using Ookla but on Orby app Link rate is  866 Mbps.

My new iphone 11 speed test near the router is slower and gets maximum 400 Mbps even though Link rate shows 1080 Mbps.

Someone posted that he got 800-900  Mbps on his iphone 11 before this new Firmware Version.

Did anyone check their iphone 11 speeds lately? what can be wrong?

      Nice video. He used the same RAX80 I have. I tested the 4800Mpbs speeds with my ASUS GT-AX11000. Those speeds are hard to attain. High speeds like that are impaced by environment, noise and distance. Not practical in real world seems like. 

       

      I may test the Orbi AX out with my ASUS and see how it does again after the new FW is applied.
