iPhone VPN Client won't connect to RBR750P VPN.
I'm been trying to get the VPN setup in my RBR750P Orbi Tri-band Mesh WiFi 6 Router. I setup Dynamic DNS. I couldn't get the service provider to be the NETGEAR option, but I was able to set it up...

Is the iPhone disconnected from the WiFi network when this test is performed?
VPN access depends on the user router being directly connected to the internet (not 'behind' another router).
When you use a web browser to access one of those "What is my IP?" web sites**, does it report the same IP address as is shown on the Orbi web interface, Advanced Tab under the Internet Port?
** such as https://whatismyipaddress.com/ , https://www.whatismyip.com/

- I was in another network entirely (at work), plus I also did try just using LTE, being disconnected from my home WiFi.

- Yes, a different IP.

This appears to indicate that the Orbi router is "behind" another router which is preventing the VPN connection from reaching the Orbi. (Often called a "Double NAT". Use internet search to find ways to correct that situation. Netgear has an article on the topic: https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-double-NAT-and-why-is-it-bad )

Interesting..
My current setup is ISP > Motorola Modem > Orbi.
Does that indicate a Double NAT scenario?

There a model # of the Motorola modem so we can help check to see what features, if any, the modem may have?
