Is pass-through mode the same as bridge mode?
Is pass-through mode the same as bridge mode? I’m having the same problem as the OP and not sure where to go next. I’ve tried putting the Orbi in AP mode, but that didn’t work. I can contact Optim...
Thanks so much. If I put Orbi into AP mode, should I also have Optimum put my router into Bridge mode?
I put it in AP mode previously without putting the router into bridge mode and I had a lot of problems. Maybe bridge mode is the solution.

NO, If Orbi is in AP mode, the ISP modem needs to be in router mode. If you use the ISP modem in router mode, have the ISP disable ALL wifi radios on the modem.
