Many questions apply to different types of device, so you might get informed responses here, but modem/routers and Orbi devices are very different product lines and technologies, with few people using both, so you might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your hardware, in the appropriate section for your device. No, but people over there are more used to the ways of the Orbi technology and you will find a lot more message traffic there.
DSL modem routers are a small and shrinking business for Netgear. Just count the number of messages.
